When you submit a quote enquiry, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, and any of company name, phone number, service of interest, approximate volume or job description you choose to add.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and, if you go ahead, deliver the mailing job you've asked us to run. We do not sell your details to third parties or use them for unrelated marketing without asking you first.

How enquiries are sent

Quote enquiries submitted through this site are delivered to our inbox via Mailgun, an email delivery service. Mailgun processes the message content only to deliver it to us and does not use it for any other purpose.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and, if you become a client, for the duration of our working relationship and any period required for our accounting and legal obligations afterwards.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to any legal or contractual reason we may need to keep it. Contact us using the details below to make a request.
